I adhere to their strict code of ethics.
We all have the ability
to change any area our life for the better.
With every person I see professionally my aim is to bring
that ability to the surface. Not just in the short term but
for life.
In the early 90's due to various personal traumas
I began attending small courses and workshops on self help
and alternative healing therapies. In 1993 I completed a certificated
Counselling Foundation Course at the City University of London.
I studied for four years with the London and Bromely School
of Practical Philosophy.
In the year 2000 I qualified as a Stress Consultant, leading
to further studies and further qualifications.
I then began running courses and workshops of my own, all
with self awareness and development in mind. To date I still
do.
To ensure my services to clients are of the
highest standard possible I regularly attend lectures, seminars,
meetings etc .keeping me up to date and informed of new developments
within my chosen profession.
I feel qualifications are only a starting point of any chosen
therapy practiced.
Because every moment of life experience
is governed by the thoughts we think and the emotions that
accompany them, we produce the life we think about most often.
Because most of the thoughts we think are habitual (good or
not so good)
all reside in the unconscious mind. Usually based from past
experiences with scenarios of the future, often not truly
reflecting the present moment,
we begin to feel powerless to change our life for the better.
Because hypnosis deals directly with the unconscious mind
it can have the ability to redirect negative, self destructing
thoughts into empowering new patterns of thoughts and accompanying
emotions.
